Travelling from: Edinburgh (A68)

Take A68, then at Carfraemill roundabout take A697. Continue through Greenlaw , then turn right on B6461 “Kelso” for approx 2 miles and turn left at Houndridge Holiday Cottages sign.

Note: if visiting Kelso take A697,turn right on A6089 “Kelso”

From Coldstream

Take A697 from Coldstream and you will pass the Hirsel and the Cottage Hospital on your right. Continue on this road for approx 5 miles ( ignore first sign for Kelso unless you wish to go into the town) until you see second sign for Kelso B6461. Turn left through Eccles and continue on road for approx 3 miles and Houndridge is on the left.

From Kelso

We are three miles from Kelso. Follow signs for B6461 “Swinton/ Berwick.”

From Kelso Square (one way system in place) take road on right side of Town Hall - Wodmarket and at 2nd roundabout turn left. Go straight on at the next two roundabouts on B6461 heading out of town. Continue on B6461 through Ednam and we are one mile north of Ednam, past sharp bend and you will see Houndridge on right hand side.
