Garden Cottage (Visit Scotland 4 star)-is a spacious 3 bedroom cottage sleeping six persons.

Lounge with  gas coal effect fire for additional warmth, colour television with Freeview, stereo,  The lounge leads to the kitchen /dining area. Well equipped with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.  Shower room  (shower, wc and wash hand basin).

First Floor:  three bedrooms - master bedroom with double bed ,en-suite bathroom (bath, wc, wash basin).two twin bedrooms.     

Full mains gas central heating. Enclosed private garden with decked area. Table,  chairs and barbecue available. Parking area. Communal laundry .

   

 

Sorry but due to Fire Regulations  we do not permit smoking in any of our cottages.  

No dogs or other pets permitted
