 Courtyard House has wonderful views of the Cheviot Hills and is a lovely detached spacious house ideal for the larger group  or for smaller groups  that like a lot of space. The house has seven bedrooms in total and can sleep up to twelve persons.

Ground level: -lounge/dining area with a bay window with views of the Cheviots. Wood flooring, coal effect gas fire for additional warmth.  Smaller separate lounge. Colour satellite TV, CD, DVD.   Spacious kitchen with breakfast area and patio windows to garden.  Shower room with shower, wc and basin.  The kitchen is well equipped with modern conveniences - large range cooker -gas hob and electric fan oven. Microwave, toaster, kettle,  fridge freezer plus another fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of pots, pans dishes, glasses.

Studio area -sitting room leading to double bedroom and  twin bedroom. Bathroom (bath, wc and basin). This is ideal if two families sharing house.

First Floor - five bedrooms- one double, two twin and two single bedrooms.  The master ensuite bedroom with double bed  has an ensuite bathroom ( shower over bath, wc,  basin).  Two  bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), two single bedrooms.    Shared bathroom with bath (shower attachment for washing hair only) wc and wash hand basin. Full mains gas central heating.

Garden at front of the house with shared courtyard at rear. Ample parking.

  Private garden with large conservatory. Picturesque bridge over the pond (The pond area is fenced for safety). Ample parking in the courtyard.

Sorry but due to Fire Regulations  we do not permit smoking in any of our cottages.  

No dogs or other pets permitted
